With the following data protection declaration, we inform you in particular \nabout the type, scope, purpose, duration and legal basis of the processing of \npersonal data, insofar as we decide either alone or jointly with others on the \npurposes and means of the processing. II. Rights of users and data subjects<\/h3>\n

With regard to the data processing described in more detail\nbelow, users and data subjects have the right to:<\/p>\n

  • to confirmation as to whether data concerning them are being \nprocessed, to information about the data being processed, to further \ninformation about the data processing and to copies of the data \n(see also article 15 DSGVO);<\/li>\n
  • to correct or complete incorrect or incomplete data \n(see also article 16 DSGVO);<\/li>\n
  • to the immediate erasure of the data relating to them (see also \narticle 17 of the DSGVO), or, alternatively, insofar as further \nprocessing is necessary pursuant to article 17(3) of the DSGVO, to \nrestriction of processing in accordance with article 18 of the DSGVO;<\/li>\n
  • to receive the data concerning them and provided by them and to \ntransfer this data to other providers\/controllers \n(seealso article 20 DSGVO);<\/li>\n
  • to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority if they are of the \nopinion that the data concerning them is being processed by the \nprovider in breach of data protection provisions \n(see also article 77 of the DSGVO).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    In addition, the provider is obliged to inform all recipients to whom data has \nbeen disclosed by the provider of any correction or deletion of data or \nrestriction of processing that takes place on the basis of articles 16, 17 (1), 18 \nDSGVO. However, this obligation does not apply if such notification is \nimpossible or involves a disproportionate effort. Notwithstanding the above, \nthe user has a right to information about these recipients.<\/p>\n

    Likewise, users and data subjects have the right to object to the future \nprocessing of data concerning them in accordance with art. 21 DSGVO, \ninsofar as the data is processed by the provider in accordance with article 6 \nsection 1 lit. f) DSGVO. In particular, an objection to data processing for the \npurpose of direct advertising is permitted.<\/p>\n

    III. Information on data processing<\/h3>\n

    Your data processed when using our website will be deleted or blocked as\nsoon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies, as the deletion of\nthe data does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations and no\nother information is provided below on individual processing \nprocedures.<\/p>\n

    Server data<\/h4>\n

    For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable internet \npresence, data is transmitted by your internet browser to us or to our web \nspace provider. These so-called server log files are used to collect, among \nother things, the type and version of your internet browser, the operating \nsystem, the website from which you accessed our website (referrer URL), the \nwebsite(s) of our website that you visit, the date and time of the respective \naccess as well as the IP address of the internet connection from which the \nuse of our website takes place.<\/p>\n

    The data collected in this way is temporarily stored, but not together with \nother data about you.<\/p>\n

    This storage takes place on the legal basis of article 6 section 1 ff.) DSGVO. \nOur legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality and \nsecurity of our website.<\/p>\n

    The data will be deleted after seven days at the latest, unless further storage \nis required for evidence purposes. Otherwise, the data is exempt from \ndeletion in whole or in part until the final clarification of an incident.<\/p>\n

    Contract processing<\/h4>\n

    The data transmitted by you for the purpose of making use of our range of \ngoods and\/or services will be processed by us for the purpose of processing \nthe contract and are necessary to this extent.\nConclusion and processing of the contract are not possible without the \nprovision of your data.<\/p>\n

    The legal basis for the processing is article 6 section 1 b) DSGVO.<\/p>\n

    We delete the data once the contract has been fully processed, but must \nobserve the retention periods under tax and commercial law.<\/p>\n

    As part of the contract processing, we pass on your data to the transport \ncompany commissioned with the delivery of the goods or to the financial \nservice provider, insofar as the transfer is necessary for the delivery of the \ngoods or for payment purposes.<\/p>\n

    The legal basis for the transfer of the data is then article 6 section b) DSGVO.<\/p>\n

    Customer account \/ registration function<\/h4>\n

    If you create a customer account with us via our website, we will collect and\nstore the data you entered during registration (e.g. your name, address or e\u0002mail address) exclusively for pre-contractual services, for the fulfilment of\nthe contract or for the purpose of customer care (e.g. to provide you with an\noverview of your previous orders with us or to be able to offer you the so\u0002called notepad function). At the same time, we also store your IP address\nand the date of your registration together with the time of day. Of course,\nthis data will not be passed on to third parties.<\/p>\n

    Within the scope of the further registration process, your consent to this \nprocessing is obtained and reference is made to this data protection \ndeclaration. The data collected by us in this process will be used exclusively \nfor the provision of the customer account.<\/p>\n

    Insofar as you consent to this processing, article 6 section 1 a) DSGVO is the\nlegal basis for the processing.<\/p>\n

    If the opening of the customer account also serves pre-contractual measures \nor the fulfilment of the contract, the legal basis for this processing is also \narticle 6 section 1 b) DSGVO.<\/p>\n

    In accordance with article 7 (3) DSGVO, you can revoke the consent you\nhave given us to open and maintain the customer account at any time with\neffect for the future. To do so, you only need to inform us of your revocation.<\/p>\n
